Developed a structured four-period daily schedule for tutoring sessions, integrating science-focused learning and project assistance. Implemented an incentive-based points system rewarding students for homework completion and academic progress. Oversaw accounting, registration, recruitment, and hiring of more than 200 tutors and nine staff members. Upgraded site technology by refurbishing nine computers and improving exercise equipment. Collaborated with the city council to obtain funding and community support for program operations.
